River Club encompasses over 1,000 acres with the Braden River transecting through the middle of the property.

River Club is a state, region and county approved “Development of Regional Impact” (DRI). Development is strictly governed to protect the natural environment and water quality.

River Club is also designated a Golfing Community. Golf carts can be used on all roads, except for the main road. Rated as a 4-star facility by Golf Digest Places to Play, The River Club’s Ron Garl course is famous for its unique moundings and positioning of grass and pot bunkers.
